Harford Youth Orchestra and Harford String Orchestra are non-credit classes offered by Harford Community College.

Therefore, we follow HCC inclement weather procedures.

For our 2 Saturday Sectional rehearsals at Harford Community College we will follow HCC decision regarding the opening of the college campus.
